What is STM Investment?
STM Investment is an Egyptian investment group with businesses in real estate, commercial spaces, education, sports, technology and hospitality. Its work brings together investment, development and the operation of integrated destinations.
How does STM develop its projects?
STM works through both owned and operated projects and partner-led developments. In its own developments, its role covers planning, sales, delivery, operations and customer management. In partnerships, STM contributes investment expertise and land alongside a development partner.
Who are STM’s development partners?
STM lists Mountain View, La Vista, IL Cazar, Hassan Allam and Madinet Masr among its development partners. The developer and STM’s role depend on the individual project; La Vista City is presented here as an STM × La Vista community.
